Designed to feel like a real home, it has been carefully set up for comfortable longer stays in Athens, making it ideal for Erasmus students, digital nomads, remote workers, professionals, or guests relocating to the city for a few weeks or more.

* Hotel-Quality Bedding: Features an exceptionally comfortable, hotel-grade King Size double bed that can easily be split into two single beds if needed, plus an armchair that converts into an extra single bed.
* Work & Relax: Equipped with its own Tv, air conditioning (A/C), and a height-adjustable small desk for comfortable working from home.
* Storage & Flexibility: Includes a compact storage unit/wardrobe. If extra storage space is needed, I am more than open to adding an additional wardrobe or clothes rack upon request.
* Private Balcony & Comfort: Double-glazed balcony doors help keep the room quiet from street noise, paired with shutters for complete shade. You also enjoy access to your own small street-facing balcony.
Shared Spaces & Amenities:
* All-Inclusive: High-speed Wi-Fi and all utility bills are included in the price.
* Living Area & Kitchen: Access to a small, cozy entrance hall with armchairs, a well-equipped kitchen suitable for everyday use (with a microwave oven featuring grill and fan/hot-air functions), and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
* Fresh bedding and towels are provided, and a thorough deep cleaning is completed before move-in.
The Neighborhood & Location:
The neighborhood is not fancy or touristic, but a calm, local Athenian area without clubs or noisy nightlife—offering an authentic local experience.
* Metro Access: Victoria Station (Green Line) is ~550m away (5–7 min walk, 4 mins to Monastiraki). Larissa Station (Red Line) is ~450m away (4–6 min walk, 6 mins to Syntagma).
* Universities: Excellent access to Athens University of Economics and Business (Aueb), the National Technical University of Athens Patission Complex, and central departments of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (including Law and Economics).

I personally lived in this apartment while studying at Aueb and have taken care of it with the same mindset. Having traveled to over 18 countries myself, the apartment has been arranged with practicality and real travel needs in mind.
